Order processing and shipping

We process orders without unnecessary delays.

The goods are shipped within twelve hours of receiving payment to our account.
After the shipment is sent, delivery usually takes two to three business days, depending on the capabilities and workload of the selected carrier.

Shipping cost

The shipping price is automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart according to the total order value.
Shipping is free for purchases over CZK 15,000.

Delivery options

We provide:

• domestic delivery within the Czech Republic

• international delivery to all European Union countries

Specific shipping options and their prices are listed in the cart before completing the order.

Possible interruption of delivery

In rare cases, delivery may be temporarily restricted or interrupted, especially due to force majeure, public holidays, technical problems with the carrier or extraordinary events. We will always inform you of any delays.
